With 25-years experience in the real estate industry, Ron Friedman is a Director for the Fitzgerald Group. He was hired to oversee the firm’s expansion to the North Palm Beach County area. He is accomplished in assisting clients with strategic real estate planning, market research, financial analyses and lease and purchase negotiations.
For over 14 years, Ron practiced with U.S. Equities Realty, a firm based in Chicago, which merged with CB Richard Ellis in 2014. Ron started as the Marketing Coordinator for the company. He managed all corporate and property-specific marketing for the firm’s entire management and leasing portfolio. His responsibilities included creating, implementation and budget development for strategic marketing campaigns designed specifically to heighten visibility, broaden awareness and enhance client/tenant relations. He was promoted to Vice President of the Asset Management group, where he acted as liaison with building owners. In this capacity, he developed leasing and marketing campaigns, structured proposals, negotiating transactions, conducting presentations, broker and tenant outreach, monitored market trends and transaction and market trend reporting. He then moved to the Real Estate Consulting group where he represented and advised companies with office space needs throughout the metropolitan Chicago area and nationwide.
In addition to his experience in leasing, Ron relocated to Jupiter where he was President of a development company. He is capable of leading a development team and ensuring successful completion of the development process from beginning to end. Experience includes land acquisition, site planning, entitlements, permitting and building construction.
Ron graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, Economics and Communications from Boston College in 1990.
In 2017, Ron joined the Board of Directors for Jupiter United Soccer Club, a division of Jupiter Tequesta Athletic Association. The Club is a non-profit educational organization whose mission is to foster the physical, mental, and emotional growth and development of America's youth through the sport of soccer at all levels of age and competition.
