Ted Ciaccia has been in the South Florida Commercial Real Estate market for the past 18 years. Prior to coming to South Florida he spent 15 years as advertising executive in New York City representing clients in the entertainment, media and cosmetics industry, such as Atlantic Records, RCA Records, Colombia Records, People Magazine, Avon and Time Warner.
Mr. Ciaccia represents individuals, corporations, and developers interested in the sale, purchase or lease of commercial real estate including single user buildings, multi tenant properties, investment properties and build to suit properties. He also has extensive experience in traditional distribution warehouses, development facilities and industrial and office parks throughout South Florida. Mr. Ciaccia has leased, sold, re-developed and developed over 3,000,000 square feet in the South Florida market, The Stacole Center in Boca Raton High Ridge Commerce Park a 350,000 square feet industrial park in north Boynton Beach, High Ridge Commerce Centers I, II, and III (a 200,000 square feet multi-tenant condominium Flex warehouse project), Regency Business Plaza and Twin Lakes Professional Center an office project in Boca Raton and is presently re-developing Lake Vista Center in the South Congress Industrial Center Park in Boca Raton.
Ted also spent 16 years serving in many different capacities of the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches, Florida Association of Realtors and The National Association of Realtors. He has served as a Director and President of Realtors Commercial Alliance of the Palm Beaches, and as Vice President, Treasure and Director of the Realtors Associations of the Palm Beaches (RAPB) including serving on the Government Affairs Committee, Vice Chairman of Land Development Committee and Chairman of the Finance Committee for RAPB. He also served on the Board of Directors for the Florida Association of Realtors (FAR) and The National Association of Realtors including serving on multiple committees for Florida Association of Realtors (FAR), The National Association of Realtors and the Florida Association of Realtors Commercial Alliance, FAR Commercial Alliance Advisory Board, including the Legislative Committee, Business Issues Committee, and State and Local Tax Committee for Florida Associations of Realtors, and the Federal Tax Committee for National Association of Realtors. In 2006 he was voted as Commercial Realtor of the Year.
